Commodore Amiga pack for HyperSpin
(Medias,module,databases from GameBase v1.6)
In 2014, I added the WHDLoad v2.5 pack with the WinUAE Loader 1.78 to my HyperSpin configuration. Everything worked fine, but WHDLoad needed a key to buy to operate without waiting 30 seconds before playing a game. So I bought the key and so everything worked without waiting now … WHDLoad emulation for Amiga was interesting for me because I didn’t need to load or change discs from players, only one zipped game was needed. But with Gamebase Amiga 1.6 or 2.0, I realized that loading multiple disks and that the disk swapper could do as well as WHDLoader.
So 6 years later, in order to add more content into website , i converted the huge Gamebase 1.6 and 2.0 for Amiga package to a fully working pack for Hyperspin , all works like a charm , tested and played . You just have to download either the Gamebase Amiga 1.6 pack called “amiga_500 _-_ 1200_up_dax_poland”, or the Gamebase Amiga 2.0 pack called “GB_Amiga_v2_dax_Poland” both created by Belgarath.You can easily find it on the web, so do not ask me for links.
The packs (Gamebase 1.6 and Gamebase 2.0) contain:
– the module for Rocket Launcher
– All XML databases for Hyperspin (years, manufacturers & genres)
– 1 default theme with its resized artworks:
– 2671 (for the 1.6 pack) and 2953 (for the 2.0 pack) video slideshows (320 × 256, mp4, + – 30 s, 3 images)
– 1322 (for 1.6 pack) and 2155 (for 2.0 pack) renamed Artworks
– 2671 (for the 1.6 pack) and 2953 (for the 2.0 pack) self-generated wheels like these:
Both packs are divided into 4 archives * .7z (861 MB for 1.6 pack / 1.07 GB for 2.0 pack):
1 archive for the module
1 archive for databases
2 archives for medias
These archives do not contain games!
